6 Mini soft taco shells
1 box Ranch Cauliflower wings
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 Small carrot, shredded
Chopped lettuce or salad mix

Getting Started


  1. Bake the Cauliflower wings as directed or if you have an airfryer you can fry them at 400F for 10 minutes to get them extra crispy
  2. Prepare your veggie toppings
  3. Warm up your taco shells on a pan until they are slightly golden
  4. Assemble your tacos by placing the lettuce first, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes and then drizzle the ranch sauce that comes with the cauliflower wings
  5. Enjoy!
