Ingredients
2 | Leeks, rinsed and cut in half |
1 | white onion, cut in quarters |
1 | red onion, cut in quarters |
4 | cippolini onion, cut in half |
1 bunch | chives, sliced nice |
1 cup | pickled shallots |
1 cup | cashews |
1 cup | white beans |
1/2 | lemon of zest |
1 box | Wholly Veggie Buffalo Cauliflower Wings |
Drizzle | oil of your choosing |
Pinch | flaked salt |
Pinch | black pepper |
Getting Started
Directions
Step 1:
- In a pot, combine white beans, cashews and lemon
- Cover with water and bring to a boil for 5-7 minutes, until the cashews are tender
- Strain and set aside
Step 2:
- Heat grill to 400 degrees C and grill your onions and leeks until charred to your definition of perfection
- Toss onions in a bowl and cover them for 10 minutes to help finish cooking them
