Ingredients
1 box | Buffalo Cauliflower Wings |
1 stalk | Celery |
1 whole | Carrot |
4 whole | Bao buns |
4 tbsp | Roasted pumpkin seeds |
Getting Started
Directions
- Prepare Wholly Veggie Buffalo Cauliflower accounting to package instructions
- Thinly slice 1 stock of celery
- Grate 1 raw carrot
- Toss together:
- Cauliflower Wings
- Celery
- Carrot
- Buffalo sauce from in package
- Divide mixture between 4 warmed Bao buns
- Top with roasted pumpkin seeds
- Add crumbled blue cheese (if not vegan)
