Ingredients

1 boxBuffalo Cauliflower Wings
1 stalkCelery
1 wholeCarrot
4 wholeBao buns
4 tbspRoasted pumpkin seeds 

Getting Started

Directions

  • Prepare Wholly Veggie Buffalo Cauliflower accounting to package instructions
  • Thinly slice 1 stock of celery
  • Grate 1 raw carrot
  • Toss together: 
    • Cauliflower Wings
    • Celery
    • Carrot
    • Buffalo sauce from in package
  • Divide mixture between 4 warmed Bao buns
  • Top with roasted pumpkin seeds 
  • Add crumbled blue cheese (if not vegan)
