Our Coconut Cauliflower is a delicious and nutritious blend of cauliflower florets, black beans, red lentils, green peas, quinoa, and carrots, delicately coated in a ginger coconut milk sauce.

Tip for microwave: place contents into a microwave safe bowl, heat on high for 4-5 minutes, let cool for 30 seconds, stir and enjoy.

Tip for skillet: preheat skillet to medium-high. Add contents to pan. Add 1/4 cup of cold water. Stir occasionally for 7-9 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Add to bowl and serve.
